One Year Old!

Grandpa and Grandma came to help celebrate
a very special birthday.

We sat and talked...

...and played with a birthday balloon...

...and opened presents...

...and ate chocolate cake!

Walking works best with company...

...or with a walker (Lydia can pull herself up and roll all around,
but doesn't want to stand without support yet.)

The piano is now within reach, as is the kitchen table (yikes).

Mom is proud of her big girl.

Mom & Lydia had a fun playdate with Alicia and her mom.

Almost the same age, and they get along so well!
